I’m reminded of the joyful memories I have of Mary Brown. I still smile thinking about the time she told me, “I’m calling the Governor of New York ,  I have a friend, or a friend of a friend, who knows him!”

My most memorable event of Mary is when my father would wipe me and I would run away.  He would give chase, and I would run around the back of the house. Mary was there to open the window so I could get into the house to hide away from my father. She saved me so, so many times thanks to her.

Mary was plagued by health and weight issues, but she kept the faith and told you, "Jesus is going to fix it for you."

Mary carried her ability to make the best out of any situation.

In closing, Mary, there are so many things I could say about my sister Mary, but there are really not enough words to express what a wonderful person she was in these short minutes.

No more pain, no more worry about her children, and no more taking care of others.

Life is a gift from God. Our children, family, friends, neighbors, and strangers are all

gifts to be savored.  Although some days may be full of hardship and sadness, each

"Beneath," "heartbeat," and "though" illustrate the beautiful gift of life.  Keep the positive memories alive and thank God for the blessings in your past, present, and future.

"Let the one who is thirsty come, and let the one who wishes take the fee gift of the water of life." Revelation 22:17

"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Let's remember her thirst for life and how she touched everyone's heart she came across.
